Reminiscent of days gone by with Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda, this program is low-impact, simple to follow, super fun, and provides a heart-healthy calorie-shredding workout that is exciting and effective that you can do anywhere there's room to move and groove!
Rock It Off is a total fitness program that keeps your body guessing and gets your body rockin'! Train with a solid back-beat as you circuit, HIIT, bootcamp, and blast your body to be it's best strongest self. Functional fitness at its finest!
Survival Skills teaches you the key components of alignment and biomechanics so that your knees, back, and joints will SURVIVE for the long term! We are teaching you principles that you will use for the rest of your life to keep your body healthy and pain-free. In other words, we're teaching you to fish.
